Something is happening VERY soon. Not sure what it is yet but yesterday Mummy was baking in the kitchen and I got to help Daddy lick the bowl with some chocolate stuff in it (frosting for the cake)
So bring on tomorrow as I'd like to have some for a snack please!!!
Although I am always wearing new clothes ever now and then this is something Mummy and Daddy have waited nearly a year for me to wear. My dressing gown. Thanks to my Great Uncle Graham and Great Auntie Sue for thinking ahead for this Christmas.
Although I've been at nursery now for a couple of months I'm still not sleeping so well in the day (too much to miss out on so 1 hour of sleep a day is fine)
However what this usually means is I fall asleep in the car journey home and here is an example of me still fast asleep and on the sofa. Now how did I get there?
I've been able to do this for a while now but here is the first photographic evidence of me standing unsupported. (I usually try and grab the camera so always too close to the lens)
Remember, remember the 5th of Novemeber. Gunpowder, treason and plot.Thankfully nothing going on by our house tonight other than wonderful fireworks and of course sparklers.I loved the sparklers but when Daddy then decided to show me some fireworks everything changed.
We will put off an organised firework display for a while yet I think!!
The other day Mummy was busy in the bedroom putting things away and she suddenly realised I was VERY quiet. This obviously means I am up to something which I shouldn't be. So what was it this time?
I was unravelling the toilet roll in the bathroom. Now that is great fun...
Last Sunday I decided to show Mummy and Daddy what I have secretly been learning at nursery. At my walker I stood up and walked along. It is all on video and it does look a little scary at times but since then I love having a walk around the place.
Shame I can't turn it to allow me to walk around the house rather than into the walls.
Don't I look lovely in my new jumper. Nonnie had made this for....well it was originally for my cousin Tabitha but as she didn't get it made on time for her I was lucky to reap the fruits of her labour. Thanks Nonnie xo
Thankfully the weather was lovely the other day which allow us all to go for a walk in the country....but thankfully I was snug in my pramand we had some fun later on....
I love my new highchair and I think Mummy and Daddy do too.
This one allows me to join them at the table which is very grown up. They think they bought it so they can take it around with us on trips to Granny Frances etc but I think they just missed me at the table.
This is also a picture of my new smile. Not really very attractive but at least you can see all of my 4 teeth!!
I have this rattle that Mummy bought me when I was only the size of a melon. Well she went back to the same shop and bought be a tambourine and boy is this good fun to play with also.
Well here I am in my second week at nursery but I wanted you all to see what I got when I finished my first day.Mummy and Daddy got my first piece of artwork and I got a certificate.
All in all it was a successful day. I think Mummy would like me to return to those days as now I don't like it when she leaves me there (but secretly I have a great time when she is gone!!)
Mummy's return to work went well and I had a great time with Granny Frances once I returned from my morning at nursery. We all went out the next day for some lunch to celebrate.
Again I showed them how strong I am with the tug of war
Since my naming party there have been balloons all over the house to keep me entertained. This one in particular keeps me amused (I think it is a Caterpillar) with it's little antennas.
As it was my final day with Mummy before I started nursery and she returned to work we went to have lunch with Daddy in Lewes. We had a lovely time playing around before he had to return to work again although Daddy leaving and having to wear my new winter hat was a little much to bare
