Heatwave = Icelollies and hats

Thankfully ice lollies are around when you have heat in the high Twenties......
and Mummy's new sun hat (note the bags in the background ready for when baby decides to arrive)

Claimed

My new chair. Great for watching 'In the Night Garden' on...but no-one else is allowed when I am around.

The Agnews

From one side of the family to another, the next day I got to meet up with the Agnews.
The Agnews from Northern Ireland (Nonnie and Papi)
and the Agnews from PEI (Uncle Richard, Auntie Jenn and cousin Sam)
We had a great time together but a shame it was all too fleeting.
Sam showed me a few new tricks and places I had forgotton about
and I demonstrated my new dance moves
Here we are squeezing in a few photos before they left.
Hope to see you all again soon.

Father's Day

My last Father's Day just with me and although Daddy had to study for most of it we still got time together.
I got him a t-shirt and chocolate amongst other things..
played and shared toys

and then Uncle Simon, Auntie Claire and Sammy popped in to see us. That was a real treat especially as I can now say Sammy. Infact it was the only word I would say the whole time they were here.

Exercising

well for Daddy anyway..

Looking sweet......she's up to something

and she was....

So what has been happening??

Well Nonnie came over to see me. I actually think she was here to help get Mummy a little more organised but we had such lovely weather that we spent most of our time outdoors.
I even got to play with some water...albeit cold I still enjoyed it.
and a wee bit of peekaboo

Slides

We were lucky enough to go to Hove Park and enjoy the slides.
This was the first time I've been on the slides and although I couldn't do it on my own it was still great fun. In the end I did want to go down head first but I wasn't allowed to try that. Can't wait to go back soon!!
A VERY protective Daddy looking on

Jamie's Italian

Over the weekend we went to Jamie Oliver's new place for lunch.
They have these cool things you look into to see the children's menu.
Then we went down the Palace Pier and enjoyed people watching.

Time with Granny

Granny came over for lunch a week ago and we had a great time.
I showed them all how to play Wii (Emily is too light to be measured properly)
I showed her where Daddy's bum bum was

Enjoying the Brighton with Carol

Mummy's friend Carol came over for a wee weekend visit. Although I was left behind one day they took me into Brighton for a wee wander the next day.
Here are some of the photos Mummy took
and the ones Carol took. Lovely having you with us Carol. See you again soon

Rainy Days

Thankfully we didn't have many rainy days. Although one evening we went out for dinner and it was raining then.
I was lucky enough to get a piece of shortbread off the chef. I think I won him over with my smile.

Whilst on holiday

So what did we do in sunny Dorset?
I learnt how to drink from a grown up bottle....
had a picnic on the beach...
a stroll on the beach...
and of course enjoyed the sand on the beach.
Now that is a novelty for me living in Sussex which is mainly stoney beaches, although why did Daddy always have the bucket?

Family day out

Lucky for me my Granny, Auntie Claire and Uncle Simon came to visit us on our family holiday for the day.
We went to Corfe Castle which was very beautifuldon't I look impressed!!Had a walk along the Dorset coastline
and I had a wee sleep as always

Family Holiday number 3

We had our third family holiday together at the end of April. We went to Dorset for a week but on the way Mummy needed some help with the driving.

Actually we were waiting for the chain ferry from Sandbanks over to Shell Bay. It was a quick trip but enjoyable.

Watering can

Who needs one watering can when you can have two.
although one can be used to water the house...

Sorry

It's been a long time since there have been any postings on the blog. Sorry everyone but we have been busy. We've been enjoying the lovely weather.

I've been working hard in the veg plot keeping the weeds at bay..
and generally making the garden pretty
